Business Development Manager (m/f/d) for ATE Boards

Your mission

Identification and acquisition of new business opportunities in the field of ATE boards
Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships in the semiconductor industry
Development and implementation of sales strategies to open up new markets and target customers in Europe
Collaboration and product development with the customer and our production partners in Asia and Europe.
Analyse market trends and adapt sales strategies to changing market requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous product improvement
Participation in industry events and trade fairs for networking and market analysis

Your profile

university degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in technical purchasing or sales, ideally in the semiconductor industry
Sound knowledge of PCB technology and ATE boards
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Independent and goal-oriented way of working
Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly throughout Europe
Fluency in English
