Your mission
As a Teamleader Inside Sales, you will act as a working leader, combining operational responsibilities with team management. Part of your job consists of collaborating and the other part consists of coaching and mentoring your team members to help them grow and succeed. You will assist with complex client issues and provide support to your team in resolving challenges. Your role is crucial in maintaining the daily operations, ensuring the team stays on track, and fostering a collaborative environment where everyone thrives. You will be responsible for onboarding new team members and providing them with the guidance they need to succeed.

- Leading and coaching the team.
- Lead onboarding processes for NL and DE teams and maintain competence matrices.
- Optimising work processes and improving customer satisfaction.
- Supporting the field staff and contributing to sales strategies.
- Analysing sales figures and thinking about commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Purchase Order team to ensure accurate order alignment
