Du brennst für Lagerlogistik, strukturierte Abläufe und möchtest in einem internationalen Umfeld arbeiten, in dem Genauigkeit, Eigenverantwortung und Teamwork zählen? Du stehst in Kontakt mit Kunden, Produktlieferanten, dem globalen Management, Kollegen und Spediteuren zu verschiedenen Themen rund um den Warenfluss. Das direkte Lagerteam besteht aus sechs Kollegen, die dir unterstellt sind. Der Teamleiter berichtet direkt an unseren CEO.

Teamleiter (m/w/d) für unser Lager- & Logistik Team in Hilden

Deine Aufgaben:

Verantwortung für den Lagerbetrieb inkl. aktiver Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft (Warenannahme, Einlagerung, Kommissionierung, Versand).
Führung, Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung des Lagerteams.
Abstimmung mit Speditionen und Lieferanten, inkl. Termin- und Preisverhandlungen.
Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sicherheit, korrekter Bestandsführung und Einhaltung von Richtlinien/ISO Vorgaben.
Erfassung und Pflege aller Warenbewegungen im ERP-System, inkl. Dokumentation.
Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen sowie Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.

Dein Profil

Dein Profil

Erfahrung im Lager, Logistik oder Supply Chain Bereich sowie erste Führungserfahrung.
Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit.
Hands-on Mentalität, strukturiertes Arbeiten und gutes Problemlösungsvermögen.
Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen / Lagerverwaltung und Grundkenntnisse in Bestandsführung & Sicherheitsvorschriften.
Belastbar, eigenständig, zuverlässig und in einem dynamischen Umfeld gut organisiert.
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen (z. B. zu Kollegen, Speditionen oder Kunden).

We’re looking for you!
You are passionate about warehouse logistics, structured processes and working in an international environment where accuracy, ownership and strong teamwork matter? Then become part of Fineline Germany – one of the leading providers of printed circuit boards, electronic components and modern energy storage systems (BESS).
You are in contact with customers, product suppliers, the global management, colleagues and forwarders concerning various matters of the flow. The direct warehouse team consist out of six colleagues who will report to you. The Team Leader reports directly to our CEO.

We are looking for a

Team Leader (m/f/d) for our Warehouse & Logistics Team in Hilden

Your Responsibilities

Responsible for daily warehouse operations and willing to actively support physical tasks (receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping).
Lead, support and develop the warehouse team.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and suppliers, including delivery scheduling and basic price negotiations.
Ensure safety, order, accurate stock levels and compliance with ISO and internal guidelines.
Record and maintain all goods movements in the ERP system, including required documentation.
Analyze workflows, identify improvement opportunities and implement practical process optimizations.

Your profile

Your Profile

Experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations, ideally with first leadership responsibilities.
Strong customer orientation, communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Hands-on mentality, structured working style and strong problem-solving skills.
Confident handling of ERP / warehouse management systems and basic knowledge of inventory control & safety regulations.
Reliable, resilient, able to work independently and well organized in a dynamic environment.
Fluent in German and good English skills (spoken and written).
Willingness to travel occasionally (e.g. to colleagues, forwarders or customers).
