As a Senior Sales / Business Development Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for opening new markets, building strategic customer relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth in the DACH and BeNeLux regions.
You act as a trusted commercial partner for your customers and as the driving force behind new business opportunities in advanced PCB technologies such as ATE boards and MSAP. From identifying target accounts to closing complex deals, you take ownership of the entire sales cycle and work closely with customers, engineering teams, and production partners across Asia and Europe to develop the right technical and commercial solutions.
Your role goes far beyond traditional sales: you analyze market and technology trends, define strategic account approaches, and position Fineline as a trusted partner in the telecommunications and semiconductor industries.

Responsibilities:
- Drive new business and revenue growth for ATE boards and/or MSAP technology in the DACH and BeNeLux regions
- Build, manage, and expand long-term strategic customer relationships within the telecommunications and/or semiconductor industries
- Develop and execute sales and account strategies to open new markets and target key customers
- Lead complex sales cycles and coordinate closely with customers and production partners in Asia and/or Europe on solution and product development
- Analyze market and technology trends to adapt sales strategies and identify new growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, product performance, and continuous improvement
- Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs to strengthen market presence and networks
