In this role, you will take responsibility for quality assurance across our customer and supply chain processes. You will work closely with colleagues from Sales, Operations and Logistics and act as an important interface for both internal teams and international customers and suppliers on all quality-related topics.
You will play a key role in ensuring and continuously improving our quality standards, managing customer complaints, coordinating root cause analyses and driving corrective actions together with our global partners. As part of our international organization, you will contribute to maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring reliable, high-quality supply chains.
You will be an important part of our team, helping to strengthen quality processes, support the growth of our automotive business and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a
Quality & Customer Assurance Manager (m/w/d) for our Office in Helmond
Your responsibilities:
- Drive and further develop the company’s overall Quality Assurance Management
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage quality-related topics across the supply chain, including supplier quality and process improvements
- Act as a key interface between customers, supply chain, operations and sales
- Lead and coordinate internal and external quality audits
- Manage customer complaints and quality incidents, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including participation in customer meetings and quality reviews
- Oversee returns management and coordination of corrective measures
- Create, review and maintain quality documentation and reports (e.g. 8D reports)
- Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration to maintain and improve quality standards
- Support the expansion of the Automotive business, especially with new customers
