This is not traditional Inside Sales Team Lead role.
This is a strategic commercial Team Lead role at the heart of our revenue engine.
As Team Lead Inside Sales, you elevate the commercial performance, strategic direction, and professional maturity of our Inside Sales organization, including Internal Account Managers and Commercial Inside Sales. You act as a commercial multiplier, capability builder, and cross-functional integrator across the company. In this role you will report the our COO.
You lead with commercial sharpness, operational understanding, and an eye for scalable growth. You are responsible for the commercial performance, development, and execution quality of your Inside Sales team. Together with the second Inside Sales Team Lead, you share governance over the PO Team and ROW Vendor Management. You connect commercial ambition with operational feasibility and drive improvements across the organization

Responsibilities:
- Drive commercial performance of Inside Sales by steering revenue, margin, account strategy, commercial discipline, and negotiation & pricing ownership.
- Improve pipeline quality, hit rate, and commercial execution through clear routines, Scoreboard leadership, and structured performance focus.
- Develop IAMs into strategic commercial partners and strengthen Commercial Inside Sales in commercial awareness, customer management, communication, and execution quality.
- Build capability across the team through structured development plans, clear ownership levels, and continuous improvement culture.
- Co‑lead PO (Order Entry) and ROW Vendor Management to ensure operational discipline, process efficiency, transparency, and reliable execution.
- Align commercial ambition with operational feasibility by identifying bottlenecks, improving processes, and ensuring predictability across workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Logistics and Engineering to protect customer satisfaction, escalate operational/technical issues early, and ensure feasibility of commercial commitments.
- Drive cross‑department improvement initiatives that strengthen alignment across the value chain and elevate revenue quality and customer trust.
