Your mission
- Order Processing and Follow-up: Efficient management of order entries, confirmations, and follow-ups within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Order Negotiations: Conduct negotiations to achieve the best possible outcomes for both parties.
- Customer Inquiries: Promptly respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding the order process, including inventory checks and order adjustments.
- Process Optimization: Monitor and improve departmental processes.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with all parties involved in the order process, both internally and externally.
- Customer Satisfaction: Continuously improve customer satisfaction.
In Addition you will maintain a small customer base selling our best possible PCB solution. This role combines the following responsibilities:
- Customer Consultation: Preparing PCBs, advising on cost and production optimizations etc., selecting suitable partners and issuing of quotes.
- Reporting: Reporting on KPIs, creation of SWOT analyses, and monitoring of account progress.
